Automatic refunds
Orders that fail to start, get cancelled by the provider, or partially deliver are refunded to your wallet balance automatically — no ticket needed.
When we refund
- The provider marks the order as cancelled, refunded, or partial.
- An SMS verification number doesn't deliver a code within the timeout window.
- A deposit is overpaid — the excess is credited to your balance.
When we don't refund
- The order completed successfully but you changed your mind.
- You submitted the wrong link, username, or quantity.
- The target account was made private, deleted, or banned after ordering.
- Natural drop after delivery — drops within the service's drop-protection window are refilled, not refunded.
Wallet balance
Deposits to your wallet balance are non-refundable to your payment method, but stay in your account forever and can be used across any service on The Hubs.
