Terms of Service — Thehubsboost

1. Agreement

By creating an account or placing an order on Thehubsboost ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for any activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials safe. We never ask for your social media password — only public links.

3. Services

We provide social media engagement services (followers, likes, views, etc.) sourced from third-party providers. Delivery times, drop rates, and quality vary by service and are best-effort, not guaranteed.

4. Payments & deposits

All deposits are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. Deposits are final once confirmed on-chain.

5. Refunds

Orders that don't start, are cancelled by the provider, or fail to deliver are automatically refunded to your wallet balance. Wallet balances are not refundable to your payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Prohibited use

You may not order services for accounts that violate the destination platform's rules, are reported, or promote illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

7. No platform affiliation

Thehubsboost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, or any other platform mentioned.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've deposited in the last 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
